Our simple & nourishing smoothie bowl!
Ingredients

Wild blueberry Super Powder
-
3 Frozen bananas
-
1 cup of Frozen mixed fruit
-
1 scoop Almond butter
-
A splash of Milk of choice
-
Coconut for topping
-
Raspberries for topping
-
Almond Butter for topping
Directions
Add bananas, wild blueberry powder & mixed fruit to blender
Add ½ cup of milk and blender. This will take some time. Use your blend stick or scrape down the sides if getting stuck. If needed add another splash of fruit.
Spoon into a bowl. And top with toppings.
Recipe Note
Be sure to only use frozen bananas. Its always a good idea to buy in bulk and store in the freezer to have on hand.
The thicker the mix the better. It takes some time dependant on how good your blender is. Adding to much liquid will make it become a smoothie.
