Shipping and Returns
Important Frozen shipping information
Our frozen wild blueberries come in 12 x 1kg Mt. Wilder Berries stand up bags. Please ensure that your phone number is included at checkout. Please keep an eye on your phone over the next few days after placing a frozen wild berry order as the third party courier can often call the morning of delivery to ensure you are home.
For the sake of a seamless delivery process, we emphasise the importance of including all delivery instructions (e.g. point of contact, delivery address, or any special delivery requests) upon checkout.

Handling Time
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day after an order is received, but generally ask to allow 2 business days for orders to be dispatched. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Upon despatch, you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.
How much does shipping cost?
For domestic orders, we use Australia post. Our standard rate is $7.50 for all dry products.
As for frozen, this may vary from state to state and starts at $10.00 for shipping.
Do you ship globally?
We currently ship throughout Australia. For all American orders please visit our Amazon Store Front here.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once dispatched, domestic orders (within Australia) will take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days, and up to 10 business days if you’re regional. International orders will take anywhere from 7-14 business days.
Will I have to pay for customs fees?
International packages are all shipped via DHL Express Post. Please note that your country MAY charge taxes on your orders that we cannot be held responsible for. Neither Mt. Wilder Berries, nor DHL Express are able to calculate these local delivery charges, hence these will have to paid separately by the customer.
Do you offer returns?
If your product arrived damaged or faulty, please submit a return request info@mtwilderberries.com.au outlining the primary reason for the return. This must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your product with the sales invoice included in the package. We recommend using tracking as we cannot guarantee a full refund if your product gets lost in the mail.
