We offer premium wholefood products including frozen fruit, juices, and powders, sourced with a focus on quality, traceability, and integrity.

2. Products

Our products include:

  • Frozen fruit (perishable)

  • Juices

  • Freeze-dried powders

Due to the nature of food products:

  • All items are intended for consumption and must be handled and stored appropriately

  • Frozen products must be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery

We reserve the right to update or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled due to the perishable nature of our products and fulfilment timelines.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship across Australia with the following conditions:

  • Juices & powders: shipped Australia-wide

  • Frozen products: shipped to most states excluding WA, NT, and TAS

Couriers

We work with a range of trusted logistics providers, including:

  • Australia Post

  • Couriers Please

  • Specialised frozen freight partners

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only

  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors beyond our control

6. Cold Chain & Perishable Goods

For frozen products, maintaining the cold chain is critical.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Products must be stored correctly immediately upon arrival

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to absence

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns.

However, if your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Compromised in quality

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Any resolutions (replacement, credit, or refund) are at our discretion and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Subscriptions

We offer subscription options on selected products.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Orders will be automatically processed at your chosen interval

  • Payment will be charged prior to each shipment

You may:

  • Modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle

9. Wholesale (B2B)

We supply wholesale customers under these same Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Wholesale customers are responsible for:

  • Proper storage and handling of products

  • Maintaining product integrity once received

10. Health & Product Disclaimer

Our products are wholefoods intended to support a balanced lifestyle.

We do not:

  • Provide medical advice

  • Guarantee specific health outcomes

11. Product Information & Natural Variation

As our products are natural and minimally processed:

  • Colour, taste, and texture may vary between batches

  • These variations are normal and reflect seasonal and environmental differences

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mt. Wilder Berries is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Delays in delivery outside our control

  • Issues arising from improper handling or storage after delivery

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13.  Organic Certification

Mt. Wilder Berries products may be certified under the Australian Certified Organic (ACO) standard where specified.

ACO certification indicates that applicable products and processes have been independently assessed against organic standards, including requirements relating to sourcing, handling, processing, and traceability.

While certification reflects compliance with these standards at the time of assessment, it does not:

  • Guarantee specific health outcomes
  • Constitute medical or nutritional advice
  • Apply beyond the scope of certified products as labelled

Customers acknowledge that certification relates to production and handling practices, and not individual results or effects from consumption.
