Ingredients

1 cup Wild Cranberry - Juiced or Blended

1 cup Wild Blueberry - Juiced or Blended

½ cup Yoghurt of Choice

1 Tbsp of bloomed gelatine

1 Tbsp of Maple Syrup

Pinch of sea salt
Directions
Juice or blend defrosted wild cranberries and place into icypole moulds
Juice or blend defrosted wild blueberries and save for the top layer later
In a bowl combine ½ cup yoghurt
Add bloomed gelatine to yoghurt
Add Maple Syrup to yoghurt
Add a pinch of sea salt to yoghurt
Add yoghurt mix to icypole mould creating a second layer
Add the third layer of wild blueberries for the top
Keep in freezer for 5 hours or until completely frozen
Recipe Note
*To easily get the icypole out of its mould upon freezing, run the mould under warm water for 30 - 60 seconds.
*As cranberries have a potent flavour, you may find you need to add a bit of maple syrup to the blended berries.
