Home Made Wild Blueberry Jam

We love a home made jam moment. This enriched healthier alternative jam is the perfect accompaniment to your morning toast.


3 x cups of frozen wild blueberries
1/4 cup of coconut sugar
2 tsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of lemon juice
Pinch of salt


Combine wild berries and sugar in a saucepan and bring to boil
2. Add Chia seeds, lemon juice and salt
3. Gently mash the berries with a fork into a your desired texture whilst stirring. 
4. Once desired thickness is reached, cool the jam and store in a sterilised clean glass jar.


Enjoy on sourdough, pancakes, smoothie bowls or incorporate into your baking recipes.
