Chill Time 2+ Hours

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Mt Wilder Berries Tart Cherry Juice
  • 3 Tbsp Grass-Fed Gelatin
  • 1–2 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Small Squeeze Lemon Juice (optional)
  • Silicone Gummy Moulds

    Directions

    01.

Pour ½ cup of the tart cherry juice into a saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top and leave to bloom for 5 minutes, until it looks thick and lumpy.

    02.

Add the remaining ½ cup of juice to the saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring continuously, until the gelatin has fully dissolved and the liquid looks smooth and glossy. Do not let it boil.

    03.

Remove from the heat and stir through the honey or maple syrup and lemon juice, if using.

    04.

Carefully pour or spoon the mixture into silicone gummy moulds. A jug or small pipette makes this easier.

    05.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.

    06.

Pop the gummies out of the moulds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
