Whipped Wild Blueberry Butter
Ingredients
- 125g Butter, Softened
- ½ Cup Frozen Wild Blueberries
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1–2 Tsp Maple Syrup
- Pinch Sea Salt Flakes
Directions
Cook the Blueberries: Add the frozen wild blueberries to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until softened and jammy. Lightly mash with a fork and allow to cool completely.
Whip the Butter: Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt flakes and whisk again until combined.
Add the Blueberries: Add the cooled blueberry mixture and whisk again until evenly incorporated and beautifully fluffy.
Chill: Transfer to a serving dish or container and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
