Made with our Australian Certified Organic Raspberries, creamy yoghurt, and a boost of collagen, this bark is the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and nourishing. It’s an easy, guilt-free treat that supports glowing skin and gut health — ideal for a quick snack or a healthy dessert.

1 Cup Greek Yoghurt

1 Tbsp Maple Syrup

2 Tbsp Collagen Powder

¼ Cup Frozen Raspberries

Zest of ½ Lemon

½ Tsp Cranberry Powder
Directions
Mix Yoghurt: In a small bowl, combine Greek yoghurt, maple syrup, and collagen powder. Stir until smooth.
Spread Yoghurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yoghurt mixture evenly over the parchment to about 1/2-inch thickness.
Add Toppings: Sprinkle the frozen raspberries over the top of the yoghurt, then add the lemon zest and a light dusting of cranberry powder.
Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
Break into Pieces: Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
