Ingredients

3 tbsp Être Health grass-fed gelatin

⅓ Cup Filtered Water

1 cup frozen wild blueberries, defrosted

1 x 270ml can of coconut milk

Optional: 1-2 tsp honey*
Directions
Mix the gelatin and water together in a small bowl. Set aside to bloom.
Add the blueberries and coconut milk to a high speed blender and blitz until completely smooth.
Pour into a small saucepan and add the bloomed gelatin and honey. Bring to a very gentle simmer over low heat and whisk until the gelatin is just dissolved.
Remove from heat and pour into silicone moulds of your choice. Set in the fridge for 2 hours.
Remove from moulds & enjoy!
Recipe Note
Gummies will last up to 6 days in an airtight container in the fridge. Different brands of gelatin may
set in different ways so adjust quantity to suit. * Honey cannot be given to children under the age
of one.
