Crafted with our organic mangoes and just a handful of wholesome ingredients, this creamy ice cream is both refreshing and nourishing. Free from refined sugars and artificial additives, it’s a blend of natural sweetness and smooth texture.
Ingredients

150–200 g frozen mango (about ¼ packet)

2 serves unflavoured collagen powder

2 tsp raw honey, for serving
Directions
Add the frozen mango and collagen powder to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed, until it reaches a sorbet-creamy like consistency.
Using an ice cream scoop, portion into a serving bowl or cup.
Drizzle with raw honey to finish.
Enjoy immediately!
