These beautiful certified organic wild blueberry magnums ooze antioxidants just by looking at them. They contain so many benefits in just one bite!
Ingredients

Silicone Popsicle Mould

1 Cup Frozen Wild Blueberries

1 can (400ml) Coconut Cream

¼ Cup Maple Syrup

¼ Tsp Sea Salt

2-3 Scoops Collagen Powder

1 Cup Soaked & Drained Cashews

150g 70% Dark Chocolate, Melted

Up to 3 scoops magnesium glycinate powder (vanilla-flavoured, depending on your mag needs)

1⁄4 Cup Cashews, Finely Chopped

2 Tbsp Cacao Butter, Melted

2 Tbsp Cashews, Chopped
Directions
In a food processor, blend the blueberries, coconut cream, maple syrup, sea salt, collagen powder, and soaked cashews until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into ice cream moulds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Melt the dark chocolate and stir in the magnesium powder (if using). Mix in the chopped cashews.
Once frozen, dip each magnum into the chocolate mixture, ensuring an even coating. Place them back on a lined tray and return to the freezer for a few minutes to set.
Drizzle with melted cacao butter and sprinkle with extra chopped cashews. Let set in the freezer for a few hours before enjoying!
