What if my discount didn’t apply at checkout?
Make sure your order is placed during the correct sale window, once the sale time ends, discounts automatically revert. Unfortunately, we can’t manually apply discounts after checkout.
Orders that include Frozen products
Our frozen products are shipped separately from our dry goods (juices, super powders and totebags). Frozen orders travel with specialty frozen couriers to make sure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order includes both frozen and dry goods, shipping will be charged for each.
Once your frozen order is placed, you’ll receive an email asking you to schedule the best delivery date for you. Please keep an eye on your inbox, including your junk or promotions folder, so your berries aren’t held up
Will there be shipping delays?
Black Friday is peak shopping season for us and our couriers, so please allow some extra time for your order to be dispatched (up to 14 days) and then to arrive. We will be dispatching your orders as quickly as we can and appreciate your patience.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are currently shipping our Everyday Tote Bag internationally, however, other products from our range are only available for shipping within Australia. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
