Wild Blueberries: Wild blueberries are naturally rich in anthocyanins, powerful antioxidant

Butter: Butter contains fat-soluble vitamins including vitamin A, which plays an important role in
skin health, repair and healthy skin cell turnover.
Ingredients

125g butter, softened

½ cup frozen wild blueberries

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1–2 tsp maple syrup

Pinch sea salt flakes
Directions
1. Cook The Blueberries
Add the frozen wild blueberries to a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until softened and jammy. Lightly mash with a fork and allow to cool completely.
2. Whip The Butter
Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip for 2–3 minutes until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, maple syrup and sea salt flakes and whisk again until combined.
3. Add The Blueberries
Add the cooled blueberry mixture and whisk again until evenly incorporated and beautifully fluffy.4. Chill
Transfer to a serving dish or container and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Storage: Store covered in the fridge for up to 5 days. Allow the butter to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving for the softest, fluffiest texture. Best enjoyed within the first 2–3 days.
