Frozen Delivery Details

We partner with trusted third-party couriers to deliver our frozen berries. As each state operates on its own delivery schedule, we kindly ask that you review the information below prior to placing your order.

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will be in touch to coordinate a suitable delivery day.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are delivered in two cartons, each containing 6 x 1kg bags (12 x 1kg in total).
  • As deliveries are sent in cartons (rather than insulated boxes), we ask that you are available to receive your order at the scheduled time.
  • A member of our customer service team will contact you via phone or email to schedule a delivery day. Expect a call the same day or the day after to schedule a delivery day.
  • If no one is available to receive the order after a delivery day has been confirmed, a re-delivery fee of $50 will apply.
  • If your order includes additional products like juices or super powders, please note these will arrive separately.

Our wild blueberries boast some of the strongest anti-inflammatory properties available. The antioxidants present in our berries help to reduce inflammation throughout the body. Studies have shown wild blueberries boast up to 7 x more antioxidant properties then your average blueberry.

Flavonoids are derived from polyphenols, they are incredibly useful for medicinal purposes. Flavonoids absorb ultraviolet radiation and the specific accumulation in the epidermis gives protection from radiation that causes DNA damage of the cells. Our wild berries are completely wild grown, and picked by locals throughout the forests. They are then quick frozen within 24 hours of picking.
