Frozen Delivery Details

We partner with trusted third-party couriers to deliver our frozen berries. As each state operates on its own delivery schedule, we kindly ask that you review the information below prior to placing your order.

Once your order is placed, a member of our team will be in touch to coordinate a suitable delivery day.

Delivery Information

  • Orders are delivered in two cartons, each containing 6 x 1kg bags (12 x 1kg in total).
  • As deliveries are sent in cartons (rather than insulated boxes), we ask that you are available to receive your order at the scheduled time.
  • In the rare event that delivery cannot be completed on the selected day, we will contact you to arrange the next available delivery window.
  • If no one is available to receive the order after a delivery has been confirmed, a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply.
  • If your order includes additional products, please note these may arrive separately.
